Eating at home has great rewards. I not only have time to keep my home clean, I now have more time to take care of the studio and myself. It’s amazing.
Just saving a 30 minute drive 4-5 times a week, the hours really add up.
I had no idea how much I would feel that savings bank of hours, until we tried it out. Since 2016, we have eaten out the amount of time you can count on your fingers and toes! And, my life has completely changed.
My home stays organized, my body’s weight fluctuates only a few pounds and my mind feels weightless. It’s the most bizarre thing. And we are busy. Like, really busy.

You will eat in 15 minutes and have the remaining hour to enjoy. You can go for a walk, take a nap in your car, read a good book, and just relax.
It really slows down your day and puts you into a good mood.
Our food program is less about eating well and more about learning to make delicious food for yourself so you have more time to enjoy relaxing into life.
